FAQs

  • For starters, you’ll definitely need, a pair of hand wraps, gloves and a jump rope (that is adjusted to your height). Additional equipment may be required depending on the class. Always reach out for recommendations!

  • Well, if you have never worked with me before or you’ve never put on a pair a gloves; prior to taking a class you’ll reach out with your full contact information and I’ll get back to you to schedule a free 45- minute session to see if this is something you want to sign up for.

  • That’s what I’m here for. While we use mixed martial arts (MMA) for combat; the first priority is protection of self (self-defense). That comes with over coming uncomfortable situations (self-discovery) and leads in to confidence which is our self worth. What I’m trying to say is that fighting is one of many benefits that comes along naturally with this practice but doesn’t need to be the primary.

  • No. We all start somewhere which is why I require all first timers to schedule a free 45-minute session to further explore their interest and build their confidence in the beginning stages.
